1. Where can I use my THREE Card?
THREE Card can be used in all Three on the Bund restaurants including The Cupola, POP American Brasserie, WHISPER, Mercato, Canton Table and Jean-Georges.
2. Does my THREE Card require activation?
Yes. Your THREE Card requires 24 hours for activation.
3. Does my THREE Card have an expiry date?
THREE Card is valid for one year from date of purchase.
4. What if I lose my THREE Card?
Please notify Three on the Bund immediately at 86-21 6323 3355 * 8214 (during office hours), or contact Ms. Min at 137 6406 9394.
We will verify your card number and block any use of the card at Three on the Bund.
We will issue a new THREE Card with a new account number to ensure the highest security standards.
5. Can my friends or family use my THREE Card?
THREE Card is non-transferable. This is to ensure security and prevent any unauthorized useage. However, your friends and family are welcome to use the complimentary gift cards.
6. If I dine at Three on the Bund and the bill is more than the remaining balance on my THREE Card, what should I do?
You may use the remaining balance on your THREE Card and pay the remaining balance by cash or credit card.
7. How will I know my remaining balance?
After each THREE Card transaction we will present you with a receipt. The receipt will state the amount of your bill as well as the remaining balance on your THREE Card. Also, you will receive a monthly statement detailing each transaction of your THREE Card and your remaining balance.
8. Is there a help or service hotline?
Yes, if you have any questions regarding your THREE Card, please contact (86-21) 6329 3355 *8405 (during office hours). You can also email any enquiries to threecard@on-the-bund.com.
9. If I move away, can I cash out my card?
If you are leaving Shanghai permanently, please contact Three on the Bund, and we will arrange to transfer your remaining balance to a friend or family member.
